More than a diet plan I got a knowledge about the food . This is critical information since we are influenced by social media. My results are unbelievable. I haven’t undergone any physical activity apart from day to day activities which we do in our house. I lost almost 11 kg in 2.5 months now and most important is am giving right amount of food to my body. . Pls give a try it’s a pure investment
Jatin Krishna2025-05-08ONP was an eye opener on what we eat and how we eat. The protocol was more of a wake up call for me to eat a balanced meal. Indian breakfast is typically just loaded with carbs and no source of proteins or fiber. My coach Aisha was very professional and caring throughout the entire course. With constant monitoring and tracking, I did not feel like missing out much and was able to successfully reduce around 5 kgs a month, mostly with just the food and minimal walking. The initial tests which they asked me to take before starting the program included lot of parameters which r very useful. I was diabetic, taking medicine 2 times a day.
