Madhava Prasad2025-09-28I got to know about Varsha's ONP through a mutual friend. I was seriously underweight all my life and I thought nutrition plans are only for obese people. I went in for a general consultation and to see how the entire process works. At first consultation, Varsha jots down a detailed history of your health through your own words. And then she recommends certain tests to make sure if there are any particular deficiencies that needs to be addressed. I was suggested Vit B12 and Vit D test as it has become common for most of the population to have severe deficiencies in these two. Once tests are done, They chart out a plan depending upon your comfort level and the duration in which you want to achieve the strength that you want. They have a dedicated team that checks in everyday and makes sure that you are following their regimen. They even have cheat days that will allow the client to stay in the program but also enjoy food that satiates their taste buds. After taking in advice from her, I started to feel better and stronger. I was able to fix my irregular sleep schedule and was able to sustain the day for much longer without getting tired. I would definitely recommend Varsha's program to anyone who is willing to take the first step towards a healthy lifestyle. Just go for the first consultation and then you can decide if you want to proceed or not at your own discretion. Highly recommended. Thanks for helping me out!
